Summary and Abstract

This mini-Output Packet documents my main learnings during the four months online training "Advising and Mentoring " I was part of. The OP focusses mainly on the work and responsibilities of a Main Advisor.
To design the project of creating this OP I used the Design process GaSAD (Goals articulation, Survey, Ananlysis, Design)

Purpose:

documentation of a Main Advisors work
have a clear, short document that condenses the most important information and cen be helpful for others
reflect and evaluate about my own un/learnings during the training

Abstract

Title and Summary - Summarizes the OP, gives an Overview about content and a guideline for readers
Commentary - reflection of my pathway and process and detailed information about the training
Core Report - shares information about Main Advising in GaiaU
Supporting Evidence - all supporting material and some information about the OP itself
