Presentation and Organization of Output
1. Editing Shape and Size Great care taken to make this OP navigable and easy to digest. It is pretty.
2. Mix of Media, Genres, Styles The style is auto ethnographic and there are links to a variety of different kinds of reports. I use my photography throughout in a way that adds to but does not distract from the content. Highlight was the meme style flyers for the Regenerative Ag seminar.
3. Structure, Flow, Use of Illustrations and Examples Painstaking efforts were made to bring bring in an unwieldy format into a familiar and logical arc.
4. Output Packet Management Agreements were constantly being renegotiated for the ceation of this and all OP's, extenuating circumstances had to be accommodated, I communicated clearly each time new situations arose, and I also rolled with changes taking place in my program.
Design Skills
1. Articulation and Tracking of Approach Very well articulated and tracked approach. See methods section. OP was very well articulated and tracked, projects span years and grow from iteration to iteration.
2. Systems Reflection This is present in the commentary on academia, especially in the conclusion to Regenerative Agriculture Seminar UC Davis.
3. Project Design and Engagement Proud of my use of Pattern Language and Timless Way
4. Output Packet Design This is an abundantly redundant question that is already answered in Presentation and Organization of Output, but yes.
Action Learning Skills
1. Think/Do Balance There was opportunity to think long during many periods throughout the time these projects take place. Iterations between performances, iterations of Regenerative Ag intros... lots of opportunity to grow and adjust in between...
2. Refl/Ex Balance Lots of writing between performances in artist farmer, plenty reflecion between experiments
3. Self and Context Transformation Yes, Generating noise around regenerative ag made waves still being felt
4. Un/Learning Patterns and Skillflexes Un/Learning Patterns yeehaw
Process Skills
1. Project Management I did bettwer here sharing leadership and facilitation responsibilities and teaming up
2. Critical Evaluation Skills and Good Practices Plenty of harsh lessons especially with El Molino.
3. Collaboration This and the following meme are reflected upon in page 3 in the Learning With Others section. There is more to explore in my resistance to being a teacher, or being seen as a mentor. I pushed that edge a lot in these projects and really like being a mentor no more. Found some good mentors throughout but really found that the teaching and mentoring was always a 2 way street and if it was not a reciprocal relationship, my desire is always to get out of it and I have no shame about that.
4. Leadership, Facilitation, Mentoring See above
