Re-evaluation Counceling

During this OP cycle, a very sad event took place in Damascus when a bombed car exploded in a main street leaving tens of people dead, including school children, and hundreds wounded.

I was deeply shocked and extremely angry by the amount of violence and death this war keeps on unfolding.

However ,this incident increased my appreciation to the Re-evaluation co-Counseling literacy which proved to be a very effective tool for fast recovery of shock. Also I hold more strongly to my belief system (the direction in RC language) which had to be improved and reinforced so that it would hold sill in the face of the storm.

Appreciating Gaia U's learning approach

The case of my friend Dima and her suffering with her Master’s program in Damascus University shows how our traditional learning institutions can sometimes produce more oppression and disempowerment than creating substantial knowledge.

Dima is so looking forward to work under a flexible, empowering and practical program like the one offered by Gaia U. This leads me to conclude that Gaia U learning approach is perhaps more appreciated or more needed in this part of the world than anywhere else.
