Radical Community Organising
This peer section explores the observations of my own patterns around organising, collaboration and participation and the roles and accountabilities I take on during projects.
I came to survey and analyse these because one of my goals of this output was to answer:
How can I organise more effectively and how can I support others to organise more effectively? How can I cultivate leaderful groups? How can I prioritise and focus my efforts to increase impact?

- Extensive reading and critical thinking around this material
- Action learning through my own experiences as an organiser
- Undertaking the first stages of an appreciative enquiry around radical community organising by looking for positive examples, that I can learn from.
