Purpose:

The purpose of this output packet is to describe how and what I intend to learn and achieve over the course of the capstone year of studies in the MSc Integrative Ecosocial Design program at Gaia University.  It is also to introduce a proposed pathway and timeline for my capstone year.

Abstract:

In this capstone Learning Intentions and Pathway Design (LIPD) output packet, I cover many facets of directing will power towards goals for the next year.  The main components that I am describing are: project design and management skills; developing digital documentation skills; expanding leadership abilities; developing additional research capacities; and honing my action learning skills.  After discussing what I feel is at the core of the progress that I want to be making, I then go on to describe the capstone project output packets that I plan to create. I also share about what I feel to be ‘strategic leadership.’  After which I describe a methodology to achieve goals, and then go on to illustrate how my personal, professional and project based goals move in tandem metaphorically as though they were a 3 phase sine wave.  I represent this metaphor in a timeline that shows graphically how my goals and intentions move together.  I hope the timeline brings the concept more to life. I conclude the output packet (OP) with reflections and resource materials.
