Guidelines to the reader

For an overall orientation I provided a table of contents above. It is not necessary to read the OP in its presented order but more easier to follow. Just click on the blue buttons above to for navigation in this OP. In the Supporting Evidence I provide many additional links to my project-work, which might be helpful to gain a clearer picture about my projects but they not necessary to understand the context.

The most of my documents are linked to dropbox. If you click on them you have to make sure that you are logged-in to dropbox, otherwise you can click the button which says: "Continue to document"

Summary

The Output Packet 2 (OP) is my first project-related OP I am delivering. It is about exploring future-compliant, integral human and agricultural-based systems. My aim is to transform conventional stuck systems into regenerative and integrative processes. Driven by the inspiration to let work nature I want to use natures full potential, its resources and power with as little interventions as possible. I am aware of this huge 'meta-project' and I will start step by step with small projects. I represent in the Core Report my first small projects, which I also call 'meso-projects'. Choosing my meso-projects was not an easy decision but I followed my interests and combined them with local conditions and global urgency. I designed my process with the aim to divide my meso-projects into smaller achievable projects which I called 'micro-projects'. These 'micro-projects have their own Design process and /or learning cycle. In this OP I summarize on each Core Report page one meso-project I have worked on the last few weeks by showing a variety of content related micro-projects.
My first meso-project is about natural bee-keeping and includes the following micro projects: Design of a biotope for bees, Weaving a Sun Hive and learning theory about bees.
The second meso-project is called 'Practical building skills with its micro-project 'building an earth-sheltered greenhouse' and talks about the implementation of a passive solar house.
In my third meso-project 'Soil building' I am talking about Indigenous Microorganis (IMO) and producing my first Terra Preta heap.
I am working on all my projects steadily without defining a specific end. This gives me a lot of flexibility with implementation. In my next OPs I expect to write ongoing reports of my meso-and micro-projects as well as adding some new.
Although it was sometimes very challenging to just start with the projects by using conscious design-processes, I am so far very satisfied with the variety of my projects and my un/learning pathway.
Beside the Core Report, this OP includes a Commentary and a Supporting Evidence. The Commentary is a reflection about my pathway, time and promise Management and includes some journal entries. The Supporting Evidence gives additional material about my OP-Design and projects for those who want to get more specific information.

Great work with your first project-related OP! Super interesting to read about your

project and action learning experiences at the Lebensgarten permaculture site.

Please find the pro review and evaluation attached below.
