Summary & Abstract
Welcome everyone to my first content related Output Packet (OP) of my second year in the GaiaU Bachelor Degree Program "Integrative Ecosocial Design"!
This OP is to a big part a personal project documentation. It describes how I experienced the transition from a young girl to a pregnant woman. Furthermore I present holistic treatments, tips and methods I used during the time of pregnancy, which are inspiring for other pregnant woman. In this OP I also document my blog design and our intention to build a small Tiny House on Wheels and how that developed.
A very old and holistic circle called the "Medicine Wheel" helped me to design my project.
Purpose:
- documenting my personal transition from a girl to a pregnant woman
- share valuable resources about pregnancy (prenatal bond) and birth preparation
- share my blog articles about pregnancy and childbirth (written in German)
- describe useful methods, treatments, rituals and tips for pregnant woman
Abstract:
