The purpose of this OP was to design my learning intentions and pathway design through my Pre-capstone year.

1. Realize the 3 proposed Op's
2. Learn hands on skills
3. Work in Puerto Rico, Guatemala and Costa Rica
4. Have Eco-social impact
5. Lots of Hands on Skills
6. Op's in the countries I have set roots 
7. Projects that have Eco-social impacts

• Edges:

1. Lots of transitions given the location of my Op's
2. Starting a new relationship
3. Moving in to a new culture

• Process: 

1. Finishing 1 year Farm Management Experience
2. Stopping in Puerto Rico, recognizing and harvesting from this transition period
3. Being open to learn, accepting feedback
