Welcome to my LIPD
Within this page I have organized plans that map out the rest of my program year with Gaia University. These pages include output packet project specifications, my current and evolving skill-flexes, primary interests and goals, principal allies and resources, personal visions, learning intentions, timelines, and a reflection upon completing this output packet. I do not know with 100% certainty that these plans will unfold exactly as planned but I can say that I am committed to work towards these goals with integrity, responsibility, dedication, and love, intending that my innermost being may shine through to illumine all that is produced through my interaction and interrelationship with all of life. I am honored to be an associate of Gaia University and conscious soul steward of this beloved living earth.
Field of Vision
As I gaze into the glorious field of infinite potential that is my future, I smell the blooming flowers of co-creation, I hear the singing bees of conscious community, and see with gratitude and joy the flowing river of love that pulses through the heart of all my relations. In taking responsibility as a steward and conscious co-creator of this beloved soul garden, I recognize the value in setting substantial goals, producing design plans, and working on consistent meaningful projects which aid and celebrate the vision and manifestation of a thriving, just, and fulfilling world for all. I intend to materialize this vision with clarity, inspiration, and integrity, while maintaining (spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical) balance as a healthy and whole individual in service to the collective.
Project 1: Complete Heart Song Album
The most immediate project in my attention is one that I have desired to complete for many years. I feel that now, with the support of the Gaia U community, intuitive guidance, and various motivational factors, I feel ready to create and produce a musical compilation of soul songs that I have written over the years into a downloadable online album, as well as a physical CD offering. I have been half hazardly recording music for almost my whole life but have began to focus my energies in this area much more acutely in the past two years. I have hesitated for too long by allowing my critical mind to interfere in this process, consequentially leaving me with a heart longing to share and notebooks filled with half written songs. So, my first step is to complete the unfinished songs that I wish to be on the album, while reviewing and mastering past recordings that will join the compilation as well. I would like the CD to contain approximately 12 songs, but I am giving myself permission to go above or below this number if necessary. My intention for the album is that it will be a vehicle for soul-upliftment, consciousness expansion, nature connection, heart opening, and inspiration, while inviting individuals to express their own creative gifts and divine right to shine as beacons of love for all life everywhere.
I will accomplish this task by:
1.Committing to musical expression/production/collaboration at least once a day
2. Completing at least five unfinished songs (eagerly awaiting to be shared) for the album
3. Revising previous recordings and completed songs
4. Collaborating with fellow musicians and asking for help when I need it
My available resources to accomplish this task are:
1. Instruments: Guitar, Drums, Bass, Amplifiers, etc.
2. Inspiration from the earth, sun, and all my relations
3. basic recording equipment: Computer, Microphones, Garageband, Protools
Timeline: Between June-August
Project 2: Wake Up Facilitation
This project involves partnership and collaboration with a non-profit youth activist organization called 'Generation Waking Up' which is a sister affiliate to the 'Pachamama Alliance' and sprouted forth from the 'Awakening the Dreamer Symposium'. My plan is to learn how to organize and facilitate a 'Wake Up' which is a symposium dedicated to youth centered around topics that focus on environmental awareness, social justice, thriving community development, and spiritual unfoldment. My partner Mallika and I are planning to collaborate and host a wake up together this summer. We will use the available media for the gathering which is downloadable from the GenUp website, along with group and individual 'deep time' practices that creatively engage participants while encouraging authentic heart centered communication. My goal is to weave musical/poetry sharing, conscious movement and dance, and earth-sky-heart meditations into the fabric of the event, while empowering my fellow kin to express themselves and live the beauty of all that they are.
I will accomplish this task by:
1. Contacting the GenUp team to discuss details for wake up facilitation
2. Downloading the media presentation materials
3. Facilitating 'deep time' dynamic meditation & communication experiences
4. Locating and confirming a space to facilitate the Wake Up. (Preferably at a festival or event this summer)
My available resources to accomplish this task are:
1. My sweetheart Mallika
2. The GenUp team
3. Experience from a past GenUp training with Joanna Macy
4. Communication skills & heart opening interactive experiential exercises
Timeline: Between July-October
Project 3: Arts & Education in Intentional Communities
For this project, I intend to travel to a number of intentional communities for two to thee weeks at a time while serving, observing, documenting, sharing my gifts, and studying how these collectives integrate art, education, sustainability, and consciousness exploration into their everyday life. Some locations that are especially interesting to me are Hummingbird living school (New Mexico), Earth-haven eco-village (North Carolina), Auroville (India), Damanhur (Italy), Findhorn (Scotland), TEKOS Kin School (Russia) The Green School (Bali), Ananda Marga River School (Australia), Paricanga (Brazil), Nierika (Mexico), and a few others I have yet to look with greater depth. Though these are communities of interest, my intention does not lay in rushing between too many places with limited time but instead to narrow the choices to around five initial locations while allowing space for intuitive guidance and the natural unfolding and evolvement of my path while gathering experience, fostering connections, and sharing my services with an open heart. I plan to interview members of these communities and document my progress to assemble as a blog and/or multi-media presentation.
I will accomplish this task by:
1. Meditating on where my energy is being pulled to explore within the scope of these communities.
2. Gathering informational data regarding names, places, and people to connect with in regards to this project (the Gaia U community, Global Eco-village Network, etc.)
3. Contacting the chosen communities to discuss options, opportunities, and other details.
4. Offering my services to these communities
5. Reading materials which focus on the topic of intentional communities and their dynamics.
My available resources to accomplish this task are:
1. Gaia U community and staff
2. Friends whom are already located in some of these places
3 Financial Support for travel expenses
4. Visual/Audio recording equipment for interviews and documentation
5. Integrity and inner strengths (communication, guidance, great with children, music, dance, etc.)
6. an open heart-mind and love for service, learning, community, self-exploration, and adventure

Conclusion & Next Steps
So, my next steps are to 1. review my personal goals, analyze, and feel which of them will remain to serve me and my projects for the coming program year and which can be released and allowed to reemerge at the proper time. 2. Begin daily practices that have been listen above (energy cultivation/body care/journaling/working on music/etc.) and 3. organizing and finishing songs that maintain coherency for the birth of my first project (the album), while beginning to outline the next two (the wake up & Intentional communities projects) which includes contacting the necessary individuals that can aid me in bringing these visions to fruition.
I feel so grateful to be an associate with Gaia University and am blessed to receive this opportunity to share my un/learnings, experiences, and co-creations with all of the Gaia U family. I have been provided with so many helpful tools for organization, time management, community connection, and so on, and still there is so much untapped information in the course pages and community I have yet to explore. Yes! I am so inspired for the rest of this coming program year, to challenge myself and become more organized, efficient, and successful, to develop new connections and relationships, and to serve with the utmost integrity as a conscious co-creator on this beautiful planet.
Current Interests
My primary interests revolve around the celebration and co-creation of this sacred, precious, and beautiful breathing universe we dance within. The main focuses I currently direct my energy towards are the sharing of song and dance, the exploration and interrelationship of living systems and subtle energy dynamics, navigating and fully feeling the divine matrix of life through expanded consciousness by means of meditation and energy awareness/maintenance practices ( such as yoga, tai chi, chi gong, aikido, etc.), intentional community development and emerging paradigm education, radiant organic food sources and natural medicines, permaculture design, ancient civilization and indigenous cultures, shamanic traditions, heat-centered activism, and serving community.

Process Reflection
This project of developing, prioritizing, and submitting coherent idealistic but realistic goals for myself in the coming program year has been challenging, insightful, motivating, and rewarding. Just when I began to get some fire going for this project, I was told tragic news about the loss of a dear soul-brother of mine, which drastically shifted my focus for a week or so. Seeing that the due date was fast approaching, I took this as an opportunity to renegotiate my action promise by extending my time commitment to another two weeks. This gave me time to recuperate and allowed my stress about eating the elephant with a fork-lift to significantly reduce, and now, I have eaten it with a decent sized utensil, without feeling depleted or overworked! Hooray! It is so wonderful to have this page to reference and review as the cycles with Gaia U continue to turn and evolve. Overall, I am quite pleased with how this project has turned out and I am so happy to be able to share it with all of you. Thank you so much.
