Year-Round Greenhouse Production

This project, submitted by seven month work study participant, Devon Byrne, focused on bringing an old greenhous back into production.  The video below is a brief clip taken from her final presentation that she gave to the community shortly before completing the program.  Follow the links below the video to see her original project proposal, final report, and PowerPoint presentation.

Farm to Kitchen Communication Enhancement

Here at Sunrise Ranch we have a unique opportunity to prepare the food we pull from the fields in a commercial kitchen and serve it to the immediate community members as well as to the public.  Diane Beck focused her project on enhancing communication between the two departments and setting into motion our Farm to Table program.  Below is an image taken from the introductory slide on her PowerPoint presentation and below the picture are two links; one to her project proposal and final report, and another to her PowerPoint Presentation
