Project 2 - Organizational Dynamics

When talking about organization, I am not just referring to privatized corporate structures, but all types of collective human effort toward clear, measurable goals. One of the intentions of Regenerative Dynamics is to Build Collective Intelligence, which requires getting out of the domination paradigm. The most cutting-edge decision making structure that I have found is Holacracy. It also meets the intention of Driving Progress through purpose driven consent and agile development processes. I will take a Holacracy certification workshop to become an agent to implement this structure in my own organization and to teach others.

Accounting Comprehensively is an intention to accurately measure social, environmental, and economic impact. We also need legal structures that ensure accountability to all of the stakeholders and the earth. B Corporation certification is a tool for ensuring tripple bottom line accounting and legal accountability. I will research this certification as well as various accounting and legal tools. I will also research tools that meet the intention of Generating Community Wealth.

For my second project I will write two in-depth papers titled "Consent: A Progressive Paradigm" and "The Game of Life: Livelihood Optimization in the Age of the Internet". I will explore other tools for regenerative organizational development and add them to Regenerative Dynamics.

I will also begin organizational development for the project I will complete in my second year. I want to build a social network where potential community members/business partners can meet, get to know each other, and collaboratively develop a strategy for building their group. I also want to create an open marketplace where people who make their living teaching tools and consulting can pitch their solutions in a context where customers understand exactly how their services fit within the bigger picture and can compare different tools, courses, and services.
