How to read this OP
Welcome to my OP3 Leaderful Leadership - Transformative Learning. The Core report (1.0-1.5) of this document is the patterns perspective of the project and is the section to be reviewed. The Commentary and Supporting evidence sections are the narratives of the project’s details. The outline of every page can be found on (iii) Index page and the header of each page also outlines its contents. Navigate through the pages either by the tabs at the top of the page, or the navigation menu at the bottom.
This report has links in the text, the text of these links will tell you what it is linked to and where it goes. After visiting these links (which brings you to another page within this report and other OPs of mine) press the back button to continue where you left off. All external links will open a new window.
These links bring you into greater detail of the report but are not essential to understand the project. Where I refer to the four micro-projects, I present them in the same chronological order; Earthen oven workshop, Introduction to Permaculture workshop, Generation Now Leadership Training and Sourdough Bread workshop “Living culture of Bread”. Thank you for taking the time to read this report, I hope you enjoy it!
Three important documents in Supporting evidence:
- Leaderful Leadership Prezi presentation (link in left column),
- Gen. Now three tools for communication PDF (left column)
- The Living Culture of Bread PDF (right column).
How I have incorporated feedback
Referring to my Life and Career Review, I continue to follow Charles advice to balance core report by placing most of my media in a supporting evidence page. I have expanded my supporting evidence capacity through my commentary and journal excerpts.
The feedback from my LIPD has continues to help me focus on continuity, connectivity and clarity. I have increased these characteristics in this report by including introduction sentences to many of the fields throughout the report. I also used bullet lists as summaries of text, so the main points can be gleaned quickly. I am continuing to use the HTML anchor links to keep the easy navigation that my peer reviewer expressed my OP2 has.
My OP2 was very complex and lengthy which was expressed in my peer review. I set the goal of keeping this OP3 straightforward and concise. I feel I achieved this by always presenting each facet of my micro-projects in chronological order and by keeping my word-count down, the core report is 3465 words.
After peer review - My peer review said it was distracting to have digiphons on each page, as did my advisor on my OP2 pro-review. I consolidated them onto a new page, 3.3 Supporting evidence. My peer review said my report was text heavy, so I added some more photos and reformatted some of the pages so key points standout with bullets and bold text.
