Introduction

After completing my first record, 'SunDog', in December of 2012, I was filled with vision and firery motivation to share the songs both through CD distribution and as a live band. After completing the somewhat tedious task of printing physcial CD's and registering for online record distribution, I was ready to effectively reproduce the songs and creative vision of SunDog as a fully functioning live band. Over the months following this vision, I have begun to understand the level of dedication and responsibility necessary for effectively leading a band centered around a collective focus and message of universal love, planetary healing, and transformation. I intend of this output to act as a great processing tool in my personal development while hopefully emulating a helpful example of challenges, opportunitites, and inspirations for anyone with intentions to form a group of musicians into a live band. The story, design process, and overall OP flow, will unfold successively as the three sections listed below.

1. The first steps I took to promote SunDog and how it manifested as the first live representation of the record. From our first shows to our initial core member line-up. 

2. The gifts of gifting SunDog, establishing fruitful connections, and the opportunity to play our first summer festival.

3. The joy of pure collective expression, establishing band goals, unexpected opportunity, musical travel, future visions, dissillusionment, great change, and simplification.

4. The Key learnings I experienced throughout this period, what I have offered and what I have harvested.
