self-foraging
As I was doing some self foraging for my teaching with intention OP I came across some awesome videos and articles that are totally worth sharing, and not forgetting:

Positive approach to children- telling them what to do, how to do it, model behavior
Attention=focus
Focusing a lot on self-care, feel like it's vital to complete any project goals
Confronting indecisiveness
What I know now
Designed/Improvised interventions
How was I intervening in the situation and why?
I needed to choose 1 direction to go with my OP because I was feeling overwhelmed and not sure what specifics to talk about.
When did I intervene and why then?
I intervened earlier this week in order to make my deadline on time.
Context
Influencing elements of the context were...
My advisor, Eden, helped me through a brief check-in meeting where we discussed what was really on my mind and how to take next actionable steps to complete my OP.
Outcomes and goals
What were the outcomes I noticed?
I noticed a lot of personal growth and understanding how to be compassionate and an authentic listener. I also learned about my fear of being a leader to those that are near the same age as I am.
Which of these outcomes met my goals or the goals of a client:
I gained competency in Reggio Emillia based teaching as well as truly implementing an intentional conscious mindset when I arrive in the classroom.
Which of these outcomes will contribute to my long term goals or the long term goals of a client:
I really managed my time and my promises to complete this OP by 4/01/14.
Where there any challenging and/or surprising outcomes?
The most surprising things that arised were some of the directions I want to take that deviate from what my LIPD had projected.
Did or do any of these need remedial action and could they be seen as positive emerging directions?
I definitely view them as positive directions because they're towards bettering myself and growing as a person.
Un/learnings
What will I do differently next time and, if I were mentoring another persion to navigate a similar situation what would my advice be?
