MISSION STATEMENT
My passion these days involves Health: of ourselves, our community and this planet. I am currently executing several projects for my Master’s Degree: best practices and awarenesses for personal health care, sustainable land stewardship practices, and a line of tasty and medicinal chocolates and elixirs. I want to embrace the present and discover how to live fully and joyfully; how to breathe, heal and nourish our bodies and souls; how to educate our youth; how and what to eat; how to connect with our loved ones; how to bring the sacred into every day life; how to live sustainably, responsibly and deliciously on this Earth; and how to honor and open to the unfolding . . .
