The picture above is a conceptual design that I came up with. It may or may not reflect upon the actual final product, but gives a clear rendering of the intention. For this project I will have to create an "On-site Annalysis", including sedimentation (or geological profile) below the tank, materials list, annual precipitation annalysis and cost annalysis. I am very excited for this!
Water catchment system specification
For this output I intended to create a design for a water catchment system at a high altitude permaculture demonstration site. This project will take place in the near future, and as you can see is in it's early stages of drafting. The location is in Quincy, California where my mother lives and operates a very active community garden. We hope to create it into a comprehensive permaculture demonstration site starting this summer. This is why we came up with the idea to build a rainwater catchment system. I am extremely excited and a little axious to break ground on this project. I hope to ellaborate on this project in the upcomming output packets. For now, enjoy the preliminary design.
