After a day long day :)

Finishing this block of time

These building projects were done over the course of three weeks. I was originally intending on doing it in five weeks but the inertia I carried from one to the other glided me through them, fast. Before I wrote this output packet I was a little conflicted on how I could write an entire output packet from them, but through intentional analysis of the process, with the guidelines of Gaia University I found that these projects had so much more to learn from than they seemed at first. These projects translated to me dynamics of what it can take to collaborate with others on a project; and for this I am grateful. I wasn’t quite sure how the collaboration process is in its raw form. I haven’t ever really collaborated with anyone on this scale of a project. I used the guidelines of Gaia University to steer me in a direction with intent and not just mindless work. With this template I will be able to apply it to many future projects. I hope this will help me try and form cohesive dynamics and personal rolls in my professional life.

Journal excerpt

Taking away from this the wealth of knowledge in the various aspects of collaborative building, I become excited with anticipation for my next oppurtunity to do the same. Hopefully in the "not-so-distant" future, I plan to create larger and larger community building projects. With the fundamentals of this building method learned, I will be able to accept and step into my next project with more confidence and understanding.
