On this page I would like to outline how I will implement my designed projects in reality.

I will especially refer to how I will mange my learning pathway. This includes my Output packages as well as my projects themselves.

Managing my next three Output Packages:

My first thought was, that each OP contains one project. In the meantime I recognized that this is an unrealistic intention, because I want to work on my projects simultaneously.

Every OP core report will consist of three parts, one for each project. This way I can track my design processes during the next six months.

Managing my Projects:

Probably there are too many ideas in my projects and I am not sure if I can implement every single task. I will try to let it be very flexible. It would be great if I can implement all of my ideas. But if it is too much I will not implement everything, which would also be fine.

In my project design, I have created a guideline of what I want to implement. But if things are changing, I will adapt my projects to the according situation and stay flexible.

Managing and tracking my process:

To manage my every-day tasks I am going to use an Action Program. I have a digital version of  a program called "Getting Things Done". With that program I am able to draw up my tasks with a specific due date. Every tasks can have specific sub-tasks, so it is possible divide big goals in small and doable tasks. The Program shows me every day the tasks with the next due-dates. To get more information on the strategy "Getting things done" please look in the supporting evidence.

To track my pathway I created a “flexible implementation plan” in Excel. Each project has its own column and this way I am able to break down big projects into small pieces. This is an attempt to plan strategically and set priorities.

It is set up like a calendar and shows four weeks every month. I filled every week with specific content to have a guideline and an overview during the next six months. I filled in some ideas as a suggestion and that I have something to start with., But it is intended that dates may change and ideas may be added or deleted.

Conclusion

With my three little projects I have a lot of opportunities to change the face of earth in the long run. Because my projects are diverse, I have a lot of opportunities to implement them. Even if in the end the outcome is completely different from the goals I outlined in this Core Report, I am sure that I will have learned a lot of useful things: building ecological human systems and helping to transform our world towards ecological regeneration and social justice.
