My interests
In the today’s world of globalisation and interconnectedness we have access to endless knowledge, ideas, philosophies, theories and practical instructions. It is a flooding of information we daily need to deal with. This flood of information in combination with experience and my ideals shapes mainly my interests. Being curios, I know that there is so much to learn in the world. The Mindmaps below show my main general interests to the time I wrote the LIPD (January-May 2017). Nevertheless I would have much more topics which could fit in my field of interests. For this LIPD I tried to collect my interest which are relevant for my studies with Gaia U and some more. The XMind "Ecosystem Interests" shows in more detail my interests in the area "Building sustainable ecosystems".

Life goals
The idea to write down my life goals developed after I read "The Monk who sold his ferrari". On the next page I will present amongst other things the content and philosophy of the book in more detail. Inspired by the book, I started to document all my small goals I want to reach in life in a nice dream book (see slideshow on the right). Because the dream book is very detailed and personal I decided to write my main goals in life on another paper which you can find below. The only goal I would add to the category "professional" is: Become a natural health professional with focus on babies, children and woman.

Skills
With all the inspirations and skills I developed last year (see Mindmap " Skills I developed in year one") I was in general very fast clear what skills I want to develop further and what new skills I want to learn (see Mindmap "Skills I want to build"). Because of my current life situation (pregnant, no home place) I can not build all skills during the next time. I marked those skills I could realistically build this year with a bold frame.

Evaluation
To assess my current life conditions and future possibilities I created a sheet where I collected important circumstances of my life. This includes my life situation, interests and future plans. I asked myself: "What is?". I tried to give pregnant short and meaningful answers. I evaluated my life in the beginning of the LIPD production process in the middle of January and in the end of the process in May. I recognized how many things changed and how this evaluation in the beginning helped me to see my situation realistic. My second evaluation seems much more clear. In every OP I am writing from now on I want to write a short evaluation of my life. This helps to track and document my professional and personal process.

Reflecting about my first year (optional)
A few month after I completed my first year with GaiaU, read the feedback , talked to people and planned my second year, new insights and reflections came up. I decided to document all my thoughts and new insights in a new document, so that they will help me to start conscious in my second year.
