Inspiration
By experience I can say that daily routines are very valuable for effective work, to strengthen self-discipline and to get things done. So I was looking in the beginning of the LIPD production process for inspiring books to read. Because of some personal recommendations I came across two books which I started to read immediately. The first book is called "Anastasyia" by Vladimir Megre and the second book "The monk who sold his ferrari" by Robin S. Sharma. Both were very inspiring, shaped my worldview and helped me to understand the power of human. Especially with the help of the book " The monk who sold his ferrari" I developed the picture Integral Life Design and a daily routine time table. I already tested how the daily routine works and I am very satisfied. Even though I did not practice the routine every day it was always a good feeling. My next step is to apply this routine with a lot of self-discipline and willpower every day during the upcoming year and elaborate it if necessary.
To get more background information about my "Integral Life Design" including my daily routines and the development you can click on this document. It starts with an Analysis of both books, trying to find overlapings and differences. I shortly present my take-aways and try to define with the help of different categories my worldview and self-image. Then I ask myself how I could shift my worldview and self-image more towards and integral life by using the methods presented in the books. I come up with a holistic lifestyle and also with daily routines.

My inspirations, thoughts and plans
Sometimes it was very challenging to make decisions and find my way to a focus and projects. It helped me a lot to take a look in other OPs, go through the PoDAPO criteria again and write down all my thoughts and inspirations. I collected all my thoughts in a document called "inspirations, thoughts and plans".
Project focus for the Year: Pregnancy and natural health professional
After a lot of discussion with myself about the focus of my upcoming year, I decided to focus on two related main topics this year. My first focus will be natural pregnancy, birth and babycare and the second on starting to learn more about the work of a natural health professional with a focus on woman, babies and children.
I decided for these topics because they perfectly fit in my life right now. I am pregnant and very interested in all topics about that issue and I also want to learn more about natural healing. Both topics are not related to land, people or a specific place to be. So I can work on them wherever I will be.
I have an other little focus which I will probably not document in one of the following OPs which is in the field of Education. In the future I can imagine myself of being an educator and facilitator and building my own agriculture learning area for children. That is the reason why I am visiting a six months further training which is called "Global Facilitator". To read more about this training please scroll down and read the text "Global Facilitator (optional)".
Goals for Year two
Reflection of the course Global Facilitator (optional)
The six month further education "Global Facilitator" is designed for people who are working in a field of sustainable development or other related fields. My course with 16 participants is mixed colourful with teachers, students, freelancers and employees of NGOs in different age groups. Everybody has its own valuable background knowledge and can contribute different experiences to the group. The course is designed in a modular way. Altogether we have four two-day-long workshops and between the workshops some exercises. One of the exercises between the second and the third workshop is for example to carry out an educational training for a group of people. I did a three hour educational training for a group of volunteers on the subject "world food supply". I really like the combination between theory and experience. This way the participants of the course learn to design a real educational session, implement a training, educate others and evaluate the training in the end.
After successfully completing the further training "Global Facilitator" I am not a professional, but I feel comfortable to implement a training for a group of people.
The organizer of this further education encourages and helps the participants to connect with other organizations or work as a freelancer in that field. This way I also will have the chance to develop towards a professional.
