Principle Outcomes Summarized

In this OP, I was able to showcase the way my brother and I have been putting retreats for the last two years. I used our most current retreat, Rewilding Judaism, has the showcase. This retreat has really allowed me to step into my power as an organizer and facilitator. My brother and I have really been able to create a good flow in our retreats. We had a very successful retreat and see that there are a need and desire for more of these.

Next steps and goals

My brother and I have been brainstorming a lot on what is next. What is wanting to emerge after this retreat?

  • I want to play a bigger role in the Boulder Jewish Community. I am seeing myself as a leader
  • Creating a recipe book with the different foods we cook at retreats. We have been asked by many participants for the recipes and we would like to have them as well so people supporting in the kitchen can have something to refer to instead of relying on us. We can stack functions, and create a nice recipe book that we can sell.
  • We are planning a 5-day retreat
  • Adam Brock, one of the participants on the retreat, runs the permaculture guild in Denver and does a lot of consulting for regenerative organizations and businesses. He was super inspired by the retreat and wants to consult us on how to make the retreats even more powerful.
  • We are creating a website with the help of our older brother to showcase the retreats and maybe transition into creating our own organization instead of relying on the Moishe House for grants for these retreats
  • We are finalizing the movie from the last men's retreat to use it as promotion for upcoming retreats
