GAIA UNIVERSITY LATINA
What?
Help to create, launch and sustain Gaia University Latina as an un/learning opportunity, space and community for world changers in Latin America and Spain.
Why?
Because there is no such space as Gaia U available that allows students and associates to professionalize and gain accreditation while working in hands on projects, with a great, flexible, on-line and self-reflecting environment.
How? Goals:
- Help with the translation, adaptation and enrichment with Latino elements and references of the materials, tools and books from Gaia U International.
- Collaborate in the setting up of economic and marketing strategies for the introduction of Gaia U Latina.
- Design a collaborative educational product between C.A.S.A., Uni Gaia and Gaia Education Latinoamérica
COMPLEMENTARY PROJECT 1
ECOVILLAGE INCUBATOR
What?
Start the design and implementation process of an integrative platform to enhance the capacity of the ecovillages and the networks to grow, multiply, evolve and professionalize.
Why?
The individuals, projects and organizations under the umbrella of the ecovillage movement, have gained enough momentum and experience as to start fulfilling more powerfully its evolutionary purpose and social responsibility and become leading forces of the transformation of societies.
How? GOALS
- Design a collaborative educational product between C.A.S.A., Uni Gaia and Gaia Education Latinoamérica.
- Produce the 1st E.D.E. -Ecovillage Design Education- course in Colombia in a joint venture between RENACE -Colombian Ecovillage Network-, Gaia Education and 3 ecovillages in Colombia.
- Develop a functioning mentoring system for ecovillage incubator of new projects in Colombia.
- Broaden the social base and alliances of the colombian network RENACE-C.A.S.A.
- Research the emerging realities in the enacting of the CA.S.A. Colombia vision of including in the network other grassroots organisations of sustainable settlements.
- Develop the organizational capacities of C.A.S.A. continental.

CAFÉ DE LA TIERRITA
What?
The creation of small scale business to grow, process and sale high quality organic ready to enjoy home grown coffee from Atlantida Ecovillage.
Why?
To generate local income for the ecovillage, avoid intermediary exploitation of producer
