Notes for Reviewers

This is my second Output Packet (OP) during my Capstone year as an MSc in Gaia University.  GaiaU is an action learning university inspiring associates to document the regenerative work that is happening in their life as part of their pathway toward degrees in Integrative EcoSocial Design.  One of the opportunities in each successive OP is to document our progression as a learner, a leader/project manager and designer.  The Core Report/Project that we design and document thus is our opportunity in the world to engage our skills as leader, learner, active follower, organizer and manager.  Translating and presenting on the process and the outcomes of the projects that we consciously design is the function of an OP.

This OP is divided into segments 2.1.x  (Commentary), 2.2.x (Core Report), 2.3.x (Supporting Evidence).  The Commentary deal mostly with the process of creating this project and reflections on my process and learnings.  This is intended primarily for the GaiaU audience.  The Core Report summarizes the design and key outcomes of the project.  These two sections, commentary and core report, are the necessary aspects for GaiaU Reviewers and the word count is approximately 7000 words.  These sections are meant to be read consecutively and from left to right on the page.  I often connect the left and the right boxes so the pages are meant to be scrolled down while reading both sets of boxes.  The Supporting Evidence, particularly 2.3.4-2.3.13 houses much of the content that this project created that I feel is valuable to a wider audience regarding harvesting our own personal health & happiness and perhaps the most interesting part for GaiaU reviewers but not part of the required review/word count.   See Table of Contents to the right for a detailed account of the pages.  See page 2.2.2 Core Report Outcomes for a description of pages 2.3.4 - 2.3.13.   You can navigate through this project using the tabs at the top of the page or opening the Navigation menu on the bottom of each page by using the arrow to the right.  The Navigation menu appears just above a link to continue to the next page.

We at GaiaU use the term un/learnings (reads learnings and unlearnings) to acknowledge that much of our learning, especially in adulthood, is the unlearning of patterns that no longer serve us.  Action learning, or learning through doing, is particularly emphasized so much of our projects are documenting what we have done as opposed to regurgitating research.

Thanks for your time in reading my project.  Please feel free to leave any feedback on this site or email me: itsallgoodliam@gmail.com.

Audience

The primary audience for this OP that exists in Mahara is the GaiaU community.  It is my intention that the bulk of the key outcomes that this OP has inspired will be available on my website within the year for public/mass consumption.  Thank you for taking the time to read this.
