Knowledge Validation

The knowledge and contents in these projects are based on several sources. These sources include: my own learning through experience (work), other peoples theories and experiences, research in the internet and books (external resources) and every other theories I have heard from different streams (like anthroposophics, Montessori, Agnihortra, etc.). It is quite naturally for me to combine all the different inputs to evaluate what could be one or more right ways for me. Overall I always can draw then my own conclusion, but that takes a lot of time and research to reach that point. Sometimes it is a challenging process because it is very time consuming. It makes it not easier that in the internet are many different opinions represented. Well, one reason more to compare different sources properly and draw your own conclusion! There are some people in my environment who just accept knowledge unquestioned and follow stolid the one theory. What I recognized is that they lock up themselves in their own thinking and are no more open to other theories which are at least that valuable as the one they locked up with. That is what Gaia U describes with a Mindset, because these people are limiting themselves (by following the one theory), avoiding challenges and give up easily. Well, I am not enough flexible in my thinking as I could be, as I have some personal patterns which argue that I have a Mindset (e.g.not good in logical & abstract thinking). Nevertheless I feel how flexible my thinking is these days, I am open for many many possibilities and know that there is not the one right way. I just love combining different opinions, sources (theories) and my own thinking. And yes, the resistant bee keeping is for me an abstract concept which needs to be tested. In my Community they follow unquestioned this concept, sure it worked thousand times, but only once in Germany. So I am observing the difficulties and successes, we have with that concept to then replace elements with new ones that seem to me more appropriate and test them again. Just great that there is so much knowledge and wisdom on earth waiting for me to play around a bit!

After a very busy day outside I research more about bee keeping methods. Should I look for something special? How can I document my researched knowledge? It is often a pitfall to research without a goal, because then I will go lost in a huge amount of information and afterwards I don't really know what I actually found out.. Okay then I need to find some sort of a tracking about my research. Maybe a line where I draw everything in? It needs to be something easy to follow something which does not need extra time, okay let me think more about that :-)

What a great festival yeaterday! The students were there and enjoyed a little shy the mood. In the beginning I thought there are too less people for all the expenditure Wolfgang and Annette had. But as the evening proceeded it became greater and greater :-) And the student had a great experience how a festival in community is like

In the last few days I started to think about my OP design and I decided to use the Kolbs Model again :-) I looked on some other OPs and again on my Feedback, again new helpful ideas arose... well lets see how it develops!
