Notes for Reviewers
This is my fourth Output Packet (OP) during my precapstone year in Gaia University. GaiaU is an action learning university inspiring associates to document the regenerative work that is happening in their life as part of their pathway toward degrees in Integrative EcoSocial Design. One of the opportunities in each successive OP is to document our progression as a learner, a leader/project manager and designer. The Core Report/Project that we design and document thus is our opportunity in the world to engage our skills as leader, learner, active follower, organizer and manager. Translating and presenting on the process and the outcomes of this project that we consciously designed is the function of an OP. This OP concentrates upon my methods of design specifically detailing designing this OP and designing catering events.
This OP is divided into segments 4.(i), 4.1.x, 4.2.x, 4.3 and 4.4.x. See Table of Contents below for a detailed account of the pages. You can navigate through this project using the tabs at the top of the page or opening the Navigation menu on the bottom of each page by using the arrow to the right. The Navigation menu appears just above a link to continue to the next page.
We at GaiaU use the term un/learnings (reads learnings and unlearnings) to acknowledge that much of our learning, especially in adulthood, is the unlearning of patterns that don't serve us. Action learning, or learning through doing, is particularly emphasized so much of our projects are documenting what we have done as opposed to regurgitating research.
Thanks for your time in reading my project. Please feel free to leave any feedback on this site or email me: itsallgoodliam@gmail.com.

Summary
The purpose of this OP is to utilize the NCDC 2014 catering gig as a touchstone/ launchpad to build and recognize my tools and methods as a designer. From a design perspective, I recognize that all OP's are two projects: the execution of the OP and the implementation of the core report. As this project is focusing on my skillflex as designer, I chose to examine the design process both for creating an OP and for designing a catering event. I created templates and outlines to use in future OP's and future catering events. I hope to streamline my catering gigs through good design: templates for accounting, ordering, contracts, sample menu, recipes, action sheets, material data sheets, employees, so that I may arrive at events with all the necessary food and equipment.
Table of Contents
4.(i), This page, functions as a prologue offering guidance to the reader
4.1.x are about the design, execution and outcomes of this output packet.
4.1.1 is the design of the OP including a mindmap of the structure of OP's i intend to create
4.1.2 is the outcomes of the OP itself, as separate from the OP presenting on designing for a catering event
4.2.x are about the design, execution and outcomes of my core report regarding the design for a catering Dance Camp.
4.2.1 outlines my design process for tangibly contacting this event and all catering events.
4.2.2. reflects upon the outcomes.
4.3.1 is the Director's cut behind the scene look at the making of this project. It includes such things as "Why I chose this project?", "un/Learnings," and "Final Reflections."
4.4.x includes supporting evidence for both the creation of the OP and for the core report.
4.4.1 is the supporting evidence for the OP creation including Digiphon, LIPD reflections, responding to peer feedback.
4.4.2 is the supporing evidence around tangible things created during my Core Report on catering. Sections 4.2.x focus primarily on the process; whereas, sections 4.4.2 focus upon the spreadsheets, letters, action sheets that I created through this design.
4.4.3 is the supporting journal entries

Hi there Liam. I apologize, I did your review in kind of a funky way by typing it up in word. By the time I got to the review form I realized that I feel like I'd already responded to everything I felt should be responded to for feedback. Because of this I have two forms for you. One is the text document and the other is the traditional peer review document with the info for the text all plugged in at the end. Either way-sorry for the inconvience and I've really enjoyed learning all you have reflected upon in your design processes!
