Accountability Metrics Description
I have created the chart to the left to provide for myself an easeful accountability reference regarding my Gowing Edges — both in areas that I am clear I would like to grow and where my advisors suggests opportunity for improvement/awareness. I left the last two columns free in order to acknowledge how I am progressing (either with a simple yes/no or with a number 1 to 10 as a spectrum).

Best Practices
This list is a short list of best practices I hope to incorporate into my life while completing my Capstone Output Packets.
• Journal frequently
• Articulate succinct 1 -2 key un/learnings from any valuable experience (whether 1 day or 6 month project. What is the most significant thing I “got”?)
• Create mini theses on each OP to tie together my Capstone journey.
• Reflect on points of intervention.
• More awareness toward tools and techniques that I learn in each OP cycle.
• Reflect on a pattern level what strides I am taking between and within each OP.
• For my Capstone LIPD
⁃ clear process points for Capstone OP’s
⁃ write out a tentative summary/goals for the 3 project OP’s -- synthesize thesis
⁃ Add to my skillflex sheet any new skills I hope to learn -- growth.
