Creatively Using & Responding to Change

Making Design Decisions

Making design decisions can feel daunting, will your interventions prove effective? To make this an achievable process I summarised my design decisions at the end of my area focused page, for example on this sewage management page. This means I can now summarise my design decisions and refer to them when needed. They can also play a role in indicating the next actions of the implementation plan. Find a link to the full summary of Brook End Design Decisions here.

I have used a number of design tools throughout my project reports about Brook End. You can find a summary of these design analysis tools here. You can also read how I've design to apply permaculture principles here.

Implementation Plan

During this output period I have experimented with several formats for implementation plans, from GANTT charts to complicated tables, however I have realised what we really need is something simple and readable that covers the project at a strategic level. Detailed 'next actions' then give us focus for immediate tasks to achieve the plan. You can read my implementation plan here.
